Materials needed:
Caron Simply Soft (or similar) in white, black, and grey. (less than 1 skein of each.)
Hook: 4.0 mm
Stitch markers.
yarn needle.
Abbeverations:
FHDC- foundation half double crochet
Slst- slip stitch
SC- single crochet
Notes: Chain one and turn at end of each row. Does not count as a stitch.
When changing colors always finish previous stitch with new color.

If making larger simply do longer starting FHDC and add rows as needed.
Pattern: Make 2.
Start with 25 FHDC in WHITE
Row 1-6: HDC across (25)
Row 7: HDC 12 st, in BLACK HDC 8 st,in WHITE HDC 5 st (25)
Row 8: HDC 5st, in BLACK HDC 8 st , in WHITE HDC 12 st (25)
Row 9: HDC 15 st, in GREY HDC 2 st, in WHITE HDC 8 st (25)
Row 10: HDC 8 st, in GREY HDC 2st,in WHITE HDC 15 st (25)
Row 11: HDC 13 st, in BLACK HDC 2 st, in WHITE HDC 2 st, in BLACK HDC 2st, in WHITE HDC 6 st. (25)
Row 12: HDC 6 st, in BLACK HDC 2 st, in WHITE HDC 2 st, IN BLACK HDC 2 st, in WHITE HDC 13 st. (25)
Row 13 -15: HDC across (25)
SC around entire piece putting 2 SC in each corner. Finish off and leave long tail. Sew two sides together skipping 4 stitches for thumb. Finish off. Reattach and SC around thumb hole if desired.
